Vouchers & trial memberships

Do I need to pay when my free trial membership or voucher expires?

If you have a free trial membership, you will not be billed.
Activating your voucher is completely free and does not automatically convert into a paid account.
There is nothing that you need to cancel. Your membership will not auto renew. When we say free, we really mean free.

Does my paid membership auto renew?

Our memberships are non-recurring and do not auto renew. These memberships are billed only once. At the end of the term, you will lose access to the games and challenges. But your scores, stars, badges & achievements will be kept for your account.

What are the system requirements to play games on SmartGamesLive.com?

You need an HTML5 capable browser in order to play our games. You can use the latest version of Safari, Firefox, Chrome or Internet Explorer.
Our games also work smoothly on an iPad. iPhone support is on its way. Android support is still in beta.

I do not have sound on iOS? (iPhone & iPad)

Yes, HTML5 audio is not supported on iOS devices. We are working on a solution.

My game does not load!

If you are having trouble loading your game try any of the following:
1. Refresh/reload your browser:

  • Windows: ctrl + F5
  • Mac/Apple: Apple + r or command + r

2. Clear the cache of your browser

How do I change my account details?

To change your email address, password or profile picture go to: your account and click on Edit account.
To change your profle information like first name, last name, age and address go to your account and click on Edit profile.

How do I request a new password?

To request a new password go to the request a new password page.
